Administration Coordinator

5 week temporary role with an opportunity to extend!

Contract term: 3 November 2022 to 7 December 2022 (unless extended)

Hours worked: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm

Great opportunity to join the Surf Life Saving team as a temporary administration coordinator. This role will be working from our Little Bay office.

Reporting to the Administrations & Events Manager, the role will be to provide administration support to the overall team at Surf Life Saving Sydney to ensure we are highly effective and efficient in responding to Club Member’s needs.

Duties include:
Reception duties
Administration duties
Office Coordination
Meetings support
Finance support
Events support

About you:
Experience in administrative support within a fast-paced environment
Planning and organisation skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt quickly and collaborate across different teams
Can do attitude, takes initiative and ownership
Strong team supportive member
Experienced with Microsoft office programs
