Summary of the 2026/27 Renewal Process
Renewing your 2026/27 membership is a two-step process:
1. Provide us with your Working With Children Check number:

2. Renew your membership and pay for any additional fees such as gym membership, locker renewal fees and parking stickers:

Applying for or renewing your Working With Children Check
How to apply for a Working With Children Check
As part of the Club’s ongoing commitment to governance, child safety and compliance obligations, all members aged 18 years and over are required to hold a current Working With Children Check. This is an important responsibility we share as a community organisation working closely with young people and families.

1. Gather your personal identity documents
When you apply for or renew a NSW WWCC, you must prove your identity by providing four or
more original documents. The simplest combination of documents are:
- Current passport (or full Australian birth certificate)
- Drivers Licence (or NSW Photo Card)
- Credit or debit card
- Medicare card
If you do not have the above, you can provide alternative documents from the following list:

2. Fill in the Online Application
Go to the Working With Children Check application form and fill it in, providing details of the identity documents you gathered above:

In section 4, choose “Volunteer…” as the Check Purpose and “Clubs or other bodies providing services to children” as the Child Related Sector.
If you are unable to fill in the online form, please visit Service NSW with your proof of identity
documents and they will be able to assist you.
3. Visit Service NSW with your proof of identity documents
There is no need to make an appointment, just remember to bring your original documents with you. They will provide you with an application number.
4. Fill in our Working With Children Check form
Once you have been cleared, you will receive an email from the Office of the Children’s Guardian with a Working With Children Check number. Provide it to us via this brief form:
How to renew a Working With Children Check
You can renew your WWCC by using digital proof of identity (so no need to visit a Service NSW Centre).
If you have an expired WWCC clearance or have changed your name on your identity documents since the last time you renewed your WWCC, you can’t renew using digital proof of identity and will instead need to visit a Service NSW Centre.
1. Fill in the Online Renewal Form

Note, you will need:
- A MyServiceNSW account with the WWCC service added
- 3 current identity documents including a NSW driver licence or photo card
- A device with a working front camera for face verification
- If you’re renewing a paid WWCC, a credit / debit card, PayPal or PayID account.
2. Fill in our Working With Children Check form
Once you have been cleared, you will receive an email from the Office of the Children’s Guardian with a Working With Children Check number. Provide it to us via this brief form:
How to renew and pay your membership fees
1. Log into your SLS Hub account
To log into your SLS Hub account, go to:
If you don’t have a SLS Hub account, you can create a new account.
Follow the steps on screen if you have forgotten your log in details.
2. Check your contact details are still correct
From the drop down menu next to your name at the top of the screen, choose Account > My Details.
Check your details and if anything needs to be updated, click the Pencil icon, and then click Update.
3. Renew either your individual membership, or a family membership
To renew an individual membership
1. From the Memberships tile on the dashboard, select View More
2. On the Organisation(s) page, from the Bondi tile, select Renew
3. On the Renew Membership - Bondi page, ensure the 2026/27 season is selected from the drop down menu. Select the declaration box, then click Next
4. On the next page, select the relevant membership fee from the drop down list, then click Next
5. Add any additional items - gym membership, parking sticker, etc, then click Next.
6. Check the total payable is correct, select the Card option to pay and enter details as requested, then click Pay.
Your membership renewal will be processed by our admin team and accepted if all requirements, including payment, are met. Your Club access will be renewed for the season upon acceptance of your renewal. This may take up to 15 days.
To renew a family membership
1. From the Memberships tile on the dashboard, click the arrow next to the Family Group.
2. On the Family Group(s) page, from the Bondi tile, select Renew
3. On the Renew Membership - Bondi page, ensure the 2026/27 season is selected from the drop down menu. Select the members you want to renew, click the declaration boxes and, if you are renewing for a minor, fill in the parent/guardian details, then click Next
4. On the next page, select the membership fee for each applicant from the drop down list.
5. Add any additional items for each member - gym membership, parking sticker, etc, then click Next.
6. Check the total payable is correct, select the Card option to pay and enter details as requested, then click Pay.
