General Refund Conditions

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to nippers@bondisurfclub.com.

Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

• Accidental duplicate payment.
• Your child does not pass the Proficiency Test and is therefore unable to participate in the Nippers program.
• Change of mind, injury, or relocation, provided the request is made within the first two weeks of the season (i.e. by 25 October 2026).

No refunds will be issued after the second week of the season (i.e. after 25 October 2026).

Accidental duplicate payments are refundable in full. All other refunds will incur a $30 administration fee.

Season Cancellation

If the season is cancelled partway through due to a government directive, the Board of Management may, at its discretion, approve a partial refund.

No season cancellation refund will be issued if the season is cancelled after 13 December 2026.
